Willamette Valley Vineyard, Oregon Wedding

Christine and Jim

From the Bride:

Each harvest, Willamette Valley Vineyards hosts salespeople from around the country to participate in the annual Grape Stomp Festival. Jim was selected to represent Kentucky, and stomped his way to second place. At the post-stomp dinner, on the winery's picturesque sunset facing terrace, Christine was hosting the meal. Jim, having never met Christine, immediately walked up and said, "I have a question, I need you to sit down next to me for dinner." Christine, calmly replied, "that is not a question, but sure." After a visit to Kentucky filled with horse racing - Jim, Christine, & Roger jumped in the Jeep and embarked on a 4 day excursion through the largest Thanksgiving snowstorm in America this century. Stopping at every Pilot Station between Louisville and Salem, the trio enjoyed only the finest Best Western accommodations, quickie-mart-purchased Yellow Tail wine, and avoided dying of dysentery. In the exact spot that they first met, Jim asked Christine a new question... and she said "Yes!"
